The sales office for the new Arden by Bosa development at Mission Bay opened just three weeks ago and buyers are flocking in. The 267 units are priced over $1,100 per square, and the development just marked its 100th sale. The sales follow on the success of Bosa Development's Madrone at Mission Bay, which sold rapidly and was one of the first developments to herald the recovery of the condo market in San Francisco following the downturn of 2008/2009. The condos at Arden are chock-full of amenities, with a lap pool and spa, a fireside lounge, a library, a pet grooming area, an outdoor fireplace and grilling area, and balconies or terraces for each unit. The building's rapid sales are occurring even though construction won't be complete until sometime in 2015.
