Construction at Arden continues to move along at a great pace! Both the East and West lobbies have been completely framed out and are ready for drywall installation. Hardwood flooring and lighting fixtures are also currently underway on the 1st and 2nd levels, with the interior front doors now installed up to level 3. Kitchen counters and tile back splashes have been completed up to level 4 and kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed up to level 5. The East tower windows are fully installed with the West tower windows completed up to level 9.
The Yard AT MISSION ROCK
Mission Bay continues to evolve and we’re extremely excited to welcome our newest neighbor, The Yard. Just down the street from Arden on the corner of 3rd Street and Terry Francois Blvd, The Yard at Mission Rock has been dubbed a “pop-up shipping container village” hosting several local gourmet food and drink establishments. From Anchor Brewing to The Wine Bus to The Courtyard with three permanent eateries including Senor Sisig, Proposition Chicken and Humphry Slocombe, this will be yet another new neighborhood hot spot!
