The twenty-two-condo building at 870 Harrison Street took more than five years to hit the market after gaining its approvals, but once condos began selling they did so very quickly. The building has only four condos left to sell, including two that popped up on the MLS last week. Unit #505 is a two-bedroom with 898 square feet of space that’s asking $975,000, and Unit #605 on the penthouse floor also has two bedrooms and is looking for $995,000 for its 883 square feet. Although it is a little smaller, #605 boasts thirteen-foot high ceilings (the fifth floor’s ceilings are only nine feet high) and a Juliet balcony.
In addition to the two-bedrooms listed on the MLS, there are also two one-bedrooms still available, but pricing for those condos hasn’t been released yet. All of the condos at 870 Harrison will be ready for move-ins at the end of December. New owners will get high-end appliances, Caesarstone countertops and white oak hardwood floors. Buyers in the building have been primarily under 40 years old, and most are first-time buyers who are employed in the tech/software industry.
