Museum Parc Condo Breaks $1,000,000 Mark

A one-bedroom condo at 300 3rd Street (Museum Parc) that was listed by Jane Hopkins at MaxReal just closed for north of the $1,000,000 mark, a new record (by a substantial margin) in the building.

The one-bedroom home at Museum Parc was located on the 11th floor of the building – residence 1107. It is a one-bedroom home with 1 1/2 bathrooms with leased parking (like all homes in the building). It is a large floor plan (although not the largest) for the building – coming in at 946 square feet in the tax records and 1,000 square feet in the most recent MLS listing. The sales price was $1,001,000.

Depending on your math, that’s between $1,001 and $1,058 per square foot. The next most expensive one-bedroom residence to sell at Museum Parc was #1108 – a one bed, one bath that sold for $749,000 in October of 2013, penciliing out to $936/square foot. 1205 was the next most expensive one-bedroom home (also with only one bath) and it sold for $706,000 in December of 2013. That calculates out to $875/square foot.

We have indeed entered new territory at Museum Parc at 300 3rd Street in Yerba Buena. What are your thoughts about this sale?
