Arden by Bosa, a new 267-unit condo development in Mission Bay, has officially opened its sales office. Vancouver-based architect Chris Dikeakos used “iconic shipping containers” as inspiration for his building design, creating rectangular shapes and stacking patterns that provide every condo with a private tiled balcony or terrace. The building itself is made up of two 16-story towers. Extensive amenities include landscaped green rooftops, a lap pool and spa, a fireside lounge, a social lounge, a library lounge, a pet grooming area and an outdoor fireplace and grilling area. Homes start at 838 square feet for a one-bed, one-bath and den on the first floor and range to 1,958 square feet for a 3-bed, 3-bath on the top floor. The condos are being developed by Bosa, which was also behind Radiance and Madrone in Mission Bay. Each condo will come with one parking space and construction completion is expected in Fall 2015.
