The newest development to hit Central SoMa, Mosso, better known as 900 Folsom, is dominating the lowrise intersection of 5th and Folsom. At 8 stories, the building will house 282 new rental units, expected to come online in the spring of 2014. Installation of the facade has begun on the east side of the building, offering a glimpse of how close the completed project will be to the renderings. Ground floor retail will occupy much of the first floor and parking is located underground. A rooftop deck will be available to residents as well as a central courtyard.
