I wasn’t fortunate 
enough to know Jane until I had already purchased my condo in San Francisco. But when my husband and I decided to move back to Texas for business reasons, I was lucky enough to have Jane act as my leasing agent for the condo. She whipped my condo into tip top shape and she screened the applicants with such detail that I never once questioned her judgement. She secured a wonderful tenant for us at a nominal fee and she even helped us squeeze the last box into our storage locker before sending us off to the airport.
Jane never came across to me as a real estate agent, she has always been a friend who would willingly look at things from your perspective. She is sharp, witty, and has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market as well as the individual neighborhoods. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends as she is very sincere and will give you a fair and honest assessment of the property, whether you’re looking to buy or to sell. Shirl L
